I am 21 years old and a first time home buyer. I had no clue what to expect when it came to home inspections. Janet, was very gracious in answering any questions I had. There were multiple check-ups from Janet, which included many e-mails and a phone call to remind me of the home inspection. Donnie was more than happy to let me shadow him as we walked around the house. He answered every concern that I could think of and also explained each test that he was doing. The process ran very smooth and efficiently. At the end, Donnie printed the report and gave me and my realtor a copy and went over it with us. Donnie also e-mailed me the report in a PDF so I could have a digital copy for my records. I was thoroughly impressed with Heritage Home Inspections. I enjoyed talking with Janet over the phone and sharing stories with Donnie while we were walking around the home. I will refer all my friends that are in need of a home inspection to Heritage. This is how a business should be run and I am very glad that I was able to do business with them!

The technology additions make a real positive difference (Website, PDF, Report/Files). Also, the very clear communication in setting up and confirming the inspection. I think it is also great that the entire inspection and report are done at the site. No delays in getting the final report.
